2. How the Workflow Works

The workflow operates fully automatically and adapts to the rules of each connected marketplace or shop.

2.1 Product Identification

The system defines the product based on available feed data. If data is incomplete, the workflow uses:

• Keywords from existing fields
• English or foreign-language descriptions (auto-translated)
• Image analysis for category or product recognition

2.2 Keyword Generation (per marketplace)

For each product, the AI generates relevant primary and secondary keywords. Marketplace-specific rules are applied, such as:

• eBay: 80-character rule, strongest keyword first
• Amazon: bullet point logic, keyword density, relevance
• Kaufland / OTTO: attribute- and category-based logic
• Online shops: SEO-oriented keyword structure

2.3 Title & Description Generation

Based on identified product data and keywords, the AI generates:

• Platform-compliant titles (length, structure, keyword order)
• Structured descriptions following the format: Features → Benefits → Specifications
• Optional: HTML descriptions for eBay
• Optional: multilingual outputs (e.g., EN / DE)
• Optional: variant texts for sizes, colors, multipacks

2.4 Validation

Before export, all generated content is automatically validated:

• Forbidden terms, protected trademarks, non-compliant claims
• Completeness of key attributes
• Consistency of category, title, and description

Incorrect or incomplete items can be auto-corrected or flagged for manual review.

2.5 Export to Feed / API
